The Annual North East Asphalt User Producer Group (NEAUPG) Meeting, will be held at the Wyndham Portland Airport Hotel, South Portland Maine from Noon October 7 to Noon October 8, 2009. The Meeting Notice and Registration Form is listed below.
Reminder, due to the difficulty in getting hotel reservations in this area of Maine during October there is a large block of rooms, therefore, please stay at this hotel as we have had to sign a contract for the rooms. As required by the By Laws we will be issuing a Ballot for the Steering Committee Elected Membership later this month. We will elect 7 Asphalt Contractor personal, 5 Asphalt Supplier personal, and I State APA Representative, for the period of October 2009 to October 2011. All industry members are requested to consider having their name placed on the ballot. Please let me know ASAP.
