NECEPT has recently updated its laboratory facilities and is well positioned to perform various tests on asphalt mixtures. Three servo-hydraulic systems are fully operational, and currently being used to conduct different tests.

The courses for PENNDOT Bituminous Technician Certifications are now completed for 2004. Please look for the 2005 schedule to be available October/November 2004. Please contact NECEPT if you have any questions or concerns regarding your Field Technician, Level 1 Plant Technician or Level 2 Plant Technician certification.
