Northeast Regional Superpave Training Calendar 2003-2004
NECEPT at the Pennsylvania State University and CAP Lab at the University of Connecticut conduct several Asphalt Binder Laboratory Technician Certification Courses every year. In these courses, the participants get certified on tests for Performance Grade (PG) binders. Registration for these courses can be made through the New England Transportation Technician Certification Program (NETTCP).
