If you wish to register as a Technician-in-Training, please read Publication 351 to review the requirements. The Technician-in-Training form below needs to be completed and signed by a PennDOT ACE/ACM or PTC Representative. The original stays with the applicant and a copy is needed for the signing PennDOT ACE/ACM or PTC Representative.

All Asphalt retests must be completed no earlier than 30 days and no later than 4 months after the original exam.
