The Northeast Center of Excellence for Pavement Technology (NECEPT) is the Northeast Regional Pavement Center and one of three centers within the Thomas D. Larson PA Transportation Institute and Penn State University’s College of Engineering.

Our mission is to assist the paving industry and state highway agencies by providing essential certification training programs and innovative research to improve the longevity and performance of pavements.
